Sure!
We have two different delivery types.
All products will be shipped within 1 business day of receiving the order.
Deliveries will be dispatched from Monday - Friday.
Normal Delivery
Normal shipping is our cheapest service and it is completely free globally.
All Non - Tracked parcels will be delivered within 5-10 working days of purchase.
Tracked Delivery
Tracked is similar to normal shipping, but extended with limited track & trace.
This means that a parcel usually gets a scan when it arrives in the country and when the courier takes it out for delivery.
It may be possible that there is no delivery scan, this depends on the destination country and delivery service.
Tracked delivery is available globally.
All Non - Tracked parcels will be delivered within 5-10 working days in the following locations Ireland , EU countries, United Kingdom , Switzerland and Norway.
Countries that aren't listed above will have the parcel delivered within 5 - 20 working days.

We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.To start a return, you can contact us on this website via our contact me page.
Alternatively, you can send a direct email to cloakedcases@gmail.com or DM via Instagram.If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately on our website via the contact me page if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and remedy the situation.

Unfortunately, due to being in the early stage of launching , we cannot accept returns on change -of-mind items, sale items or gift cards.
HOWEVER
Exchanges
We do accept direct exchanges of products for change of mind or incorrect sizing. Please DM or email us within 14 days of receiving a product if you wish to make an exchange or.
An address will be provided which you can return the products to but we do not cover the cost of shipping. This can only be done once for one transaction.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be fully reimbursed on your original payment and any shipping costs that may have been charged, Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
